Refund Policy
We accept most returns within 14 days of the delivery date, as confirmed by the designated shipping carrier. To initiate a return, please email frose@brownessence.shop with your order details and a clear explanation of the reason for the return. Return requests must be submitted within the 14-day window. All items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for consideration. Items that do not meet these criteria may not qualify for return.
Any reports of damage, defects, missing items or parts, or incorrect items received must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date. Please email frose@brownessence.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos (if applicable) so we can review and resolve the matter promptly. Requests submitted outside of these timeframes may not be eligible for review.

Purchases made in error or due to buyer’s remorse are not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or store credit.
