Processing Times
Each Brown Essence candle is made to order and thoughtfully crafted to ensure optimal quality and performance. Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 5–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During major sales events or high-volume periods, please allow 7–9 business days for processing. Because our candles are freshly poured, we recommend allowing 1–2 weeks from your order date before burning to experience maximum scent throw and optimal burn performance.
Shipping Policy
We offer domestic shipping at competitive rates throughout the United States. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to reflect carrier movement.

Transit Times
Transit time begins once your order has shipped and is separate from processing time. Most U.S. deliveries arrive within 2–3 business days once in transit. Please allow additional delivery time for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. territories.
Custom Orders
Custom and made-to-order pieces require extended production time and may take 3–4 weeks to process and ship. For detailed timelines or special requests, please contact us prior to placing your order.
